Language environment has been used as an Arabic learning strategy. However, not every strategy is successful in improving language competence. This article aimed at understanding: (1) the phenomenon of establishment higher education, and (2) contribution competence through acquisition process. So far, these aspects were neglected previous studies. research a qualitative approach with case study model. Data collected interviews, observation documentation. They analyzed detail since beginning collection, description reduction, verification.
